  • 2 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old or chilled)

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Rice

    • If using freshly cooked rice, spread it out on a plate and let it cool to remove excess moisture. Day-old rice works best for fried rice.
  2. Cook the Eggs (Optional)
